We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. We will notify you of any unexpected delays in processing/shipping.
We ship worldwide and always post out using plastic free, recycled/recyclable packaging. UK shipping is a flat rate of £3.95 for tracked 48hr shipping, with the option to upgrade to tracked 24 shipping. UK orders over £30 ship for free. Outside of the UK, shipping charges are based on weight, and calculated at checkout to help keep shipping costs as low as possible. You can choose from standard (economy) shipping or a shipping upgrade at checkout. If you have any special requests in relation to postage services/options, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

*There can occasionally be delays within the postal service. Please let us know if you need a parcel for a specific date. If you’d like to discuss alternative shipping methods or to click and collect from us, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Please be aware that if you buy from outside the UK, customs and import taxes may be applied to your parcel, which you will need to pay for. *Some delays in delivery may also be due to your parcel passing through customs.
If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch before the item is dispatched (we will email you when your order has been been dispatched). If you change your mind and would like to return or exchange your order, please get in touch within 14 days of placing your order, and return the item(s) in unused and undamaged condition within 30 days of placing your order. Please retain proof of postage. We will issue a refund (not including postage) within 3 days of receiving the item. Exchanged items will be posted out within 1-3 days of us receiving your returned order.
Fortunately, the vast majority of parcels arrive safely and on time. However, if your order still hasn’t arrived (the estimated delivery time above, taken from the date of dispatch, has passed), you should first check with your local post office to see if the parcel is being held there for you. A ‘missed delivery’ slip will usually be left at your delivery address if a delivery attempt was made and no one was in. Also check with neighbours and in any ‘safe spaces’ where your parcel might have been left. If you are still unable to locate the parcel, please get in touch. We will gather some information from you, and ask for our delivery company to investigate. Please be aware that a lost parcel claim can only be opened with Royal Mail after a fixed amount of time has passed, as follows:
